National Secretary Esper Defends Trump’s Border Wall
Secretary of Defense Mark Esper on Friday responded to bipartisan criticism of the Trump administration's plan to divert $3.83 billion in Pentagon funding to border wall construction as unconstitutional, saying the decision reflects the White House's prioritization of national security. [i]
"I'd say this much: border security is national security and national security is our mission. I think many NATO allies understand that as well. The action we took is legal under the law. I think that should be no surprise and I'll just leave it at that for now,"[ii]
Finally, Hillary set to Testify in Email server Case
“A federal judge Monday ordered Hillary Clinton to testify at a deposition for a lawsuit related to her use of a private email computer server for official business while working as secretary of State in the Obama administration.”[iii]
“As extensive as the existing record is, it does not sufficiently explain Secretary Clinton’s state of mind when she decided it would be an acceptable practice to set up and use a private server to conduct State Department business,” [iv] Lamberth wrote. The trial is set for May 16, 2020. President Trump Issues State of Emergency
“President Donald Trump declared a federal state of emergency as the COVID-19 pandemic continues to spread throughout the US. The move frees up additional funding that will allow the government to address the effects of the pandemic...Private companies joined Trump in the press conference to discuss their efforts. Walmart, Walgreens, CVS, and Target CEOs said they will be using their store parking lots as coronavirus testing sites...
In the US, over 1,200 cases have been identified... It’s impossible to predict when the outbreak will peak or how long it will last, said Anthony Fauci, director of the National Institutes of Allergy and Infectious Diseases.”[v]

Governor Abbott Declares State of Disaster
Gov. Greg Abbott declared a “state of disaster” over the new coronavirus…Abbott said, he also is directing state health and correctional agencies to restrict visitation at nursing homes, centers for the intellectually and developmentally disabled, hospitals, day cares, prisons, jails and juvenile lockups.
Abbott also told Texans there was no need to stockpile supplies. “There will be plenty available,” he said, referring to water, food and other goods. State emergency officials have been in touch with large grocery-store chains, he added. ’[viii]

Comm. Calvert and Rep. Chairman Brehm Asking for Forensic Investigation into March Primary
On March 3, 2020 everyone including Republicans, Democrats, and Independents alike were questioning the results from the March Primary. Consequently, Commissioner Calvert open letter states multiple whistle blowers working in the Elections Department claimed there were irregularities. People who won their race shouldn’t have, and there are people in the runoff that shouldn’t be there. Calvert is asking a Forensic Analysis to be done on the March 3rd Primary.
Republican Chairwoman Cynthia Brehm said a Republican Presiding Judge inside the central tabulating room on election night saw the memory sticks from the polling locations arrive and half of them had their seals broken. By law, Callanen is the only one allowed to break the seals. Why were their seals broken and who ordered it? Brehm is asking the FBI Integrity Unit or the Texas Rangers to investigate the election results to assure the residents of Bexar County that the results are accurate.
Senatorial and State Conventions Put on Hold
Monday night, RPT Chairman James Dickey recommended an 8-week suspension by the CDC and President Trump’s recommendation to not meet in groups of 10 or more. This both directly affect the execution of the Senate District Conventions and County Conventions for this Saturday, March 21st.
Dickey is asking the temporary chairman of each Senatorial District to reschedule the senatorial convention for somewhere between the last week of May through the middle of June. The state convention is tentatively being rescheduled for July 13th- 18th, 2020 at the same location at the George Brown Convention Center; pending approval of the State Republican Executive Committee meeting on April 4, 2020.
Pre-K for S.A.? NO MORE TAXES!
“Voters in San Antonio will have a chance to choose whether to continue providing sales tax dollars to Pre-K 4 SA, which would effectively decide if the free prekindergarten program will be able to continue.
The San Antonio City Council voted 8-1 on Thursday to order an election on whether to extend the 1/8 cent sales tax for eight more years. The issue will appear on the May 2 ballot. The current tax, which voters approved in 2012, expires in June 2021.”[ix]
Education does not fall under local government control. It is the state of Texas’ responsibility. This was created by former mayor Julian Castro, so that he could have something his resume’. We already pay 48% to schools from our property taxes. This program desperately needs to be discontinued. Vote No, to no new taxes on May 2, 2020.
Chairman’s Commentary
Coronavirus: It seems like so much is changing and it’s changing fast, especially since 911. Since the Coronavirus hit, things have changed even more. We are being asked to sequester ourselves for 2 months until this virus passes. We are asked to take healthy precautions in how we do things such as handshakes, distancing ourselves from other people, and all of this, in the middle of the election cycle. Does anyone else besides find this suspicious? I do, and I will however comply.
RPBC Headquarters: Our office is operating on a skeleton crew. If you would like Trump gear, signs, buttons, pins, cups, or caps please call 210-824-9445 to schedule an appointment to come by to pick up your Trump gear. You must be HEATHY though.
Election Integrity: I want you to know I have been working diligently since you gave me this position as Chairman for the Party. My biggest focus has been election integrity. I have been in the central tabulating room 5 times since election. I have witnessed Jacque Callanen the Elections Administrator deny authorized Bexar County voters the right to poll watch for candidates inside the central tabulating room. I have seen her order poll watchers to watch inside the media room, which is OUTSIDE the central tabulating room. This is obstruction of the Election Code. She has also denied me the right to enter the central tabulating room on Election Day. Since I am the Chair, I can be in there at any time, according to the Office of the Texas Secretary of State. The real question is why doesn’t she want anyone in there when the Texas Election Code clearly states poll watchers can be in there? Could it be she doesn’t want anyone else to see what she is doing? If this is true, why wouldn’t she want anyone in there to see what she is doing?
At one time, she claimed there wasn’t enough room for everyone to be in there. This is not true; the room is huge with plenty of room. It’s about 30’ X 19” sized room. Could it be because she is doing something, she doesn’t want anyone to see? If this is true, what is it she is doing? Could this explain why Bexar County voters had to wait an hour and a half before we could see the early votes on Election Day? Could it be why she crammed the voting equipment vendor ES&S into a tiny closet inside the central tabulating room as they frantically worked? Why weren’t poll watchers allowed to see what they were doing, Jacque?
Couple all of this with what Commissioner Calvert says he was told by people working inside the Elections Department and you have a very shaky and questionable election. There were so many election irregularities on Election Day that it warrants a complete forensic analysis of what transpired on March 3, 2020. Please call Judge nelson Wolff and demand an investigation at (210) 335-2626.
In God We Trust,
Cynthia Brehm
