Richard was struggling to find a job and at risk of losing his apartment.
He reached out to an NCOA job training program, where our staff found him an opportunity at a local nonprofit. In no time, he was offered a part-time job. Even better, Richard is able to give back to his community as a case manager helping other veterans.
