Earlier this week, we shared with you a little bit more about our 2024 plans, and I’m following up with three of our strategic principles.
But first—we’re over halfway to our end of year goal, but have a gap of $8215. Can you support us with an end of year gift before tomorrow at midnight?
As we endorse and support pro-choice candidates and register, educate, and engage voters, here’s what grounds our work:
1. Reflective democracy is a key to protecting democracy as a whole. When our elected bodies look as diverse as our communities, we see policies that protect popular ideals, including abortion access and voting rights. Your donation today helps us elect more women, people of color, and people from the LGBTQ community.
2. We MUST invest in young voters throughout the calendar year. Young people need to know what’s at stake, what’s next for their state in the fight for reproductive freedom, and how they can make a difference at the ballot box. Your donation today will help us reach young people in Arizona, Michigan, Nevada, North Carolina, Ohio, and Pennsylvania.
3. Mobilizing voters around leaders in their communities helps everyone on the ballot, from school board to president. When voters, especially young voters, are excited about local and state candidates, turnout increases. Your donation today will help scale the Vote Pro-Choice 2024 Voter Guide, which will educate voters about local pro-choice candidates and help deliver critical wins, from the bottom of the ballot to the top.
