John, we’re about to ask for your support one more time before our FEC deadline at midnight tomorrow, but first, we want to explain why this is so important:

Losing in Texas would mean losing our best chance to flip a red Senate seat blue – and would seriously risk handing Senate control over to the GOP.

Ted Cruz and Mitch McConnell would love nothing more than to pass a national abortion ban, repeal the ACA, and strip away even more voting rights – and they know that the best way to do that is to take back the Senate.

Let's not give them the chance – will you chip in now so that we can hit our $500,000 end-of-year goal before midnight and start the election year on track to defeat Ted Cruz and protect our critical Senate majority?

But it gets even worse, John:

Even if every single Democratic incumbent wins re-election, we could still lose the Senate majority – so we HAVE to pick up a seat. And CNN says this is Democrats' best chance to do it.

That’s why it’s so important that we hit every single fundraising goal right now – and with our FEC year-end deadline coming up tomorrow, there’s NOTHING more important for the power of our campaign to defeat Ted Cruz than hitting this goal.
