I wanted to personally reach out one last time before we close the books on 2023 and head into the new year.

Like every year, this past year was full of ups and downs. But through the hardships and setbacks, I’m happy with everything we accomplished.

In 2023 alone, I was proud to:

Hold the first meeting for the bipartisan
Paid Leave working group Introduce the Pell to Grad Act to help students earn a degree at a more affordable cost
Earn an A+ on my Environmental scorecard
Stand on the picket lines with the UAW to demand fair wages and benefits
Attend dozens of community events and connect with my constituents

I could keep going, but the point that I’m trying to make is that Democrats fought hard and won big for American families this past year.

And you can bet 2024 will be no different.

However, there’s a lot at stake, and Republicans know it. They’ll be spending big bucks in the new year to smear the truth and distract voters from the fact that us Democrats know how to deliver results.
