Help us fight for your God-given rights in 2024.

John,

Gun Owners Foundation stood on the frontlines and led the battle to defend your God-given rights in 2023.

Now, we’re gearing up for even more massive legal battles against the Biden Administration, the ATF, and anti-gun states in 2024.

Going up against the anti-gunners’ swamp-funded lawyers in all these cases isn’t going to be cheap, and we’re anticipating hundreds of thousands of dollars in legal fees in 2024.

Which is why I'm asking you to make a tax-deductible year-end contribution for 2023 to fund our legal defense of the Second Amendment in the new year.

Please make a tax-deductible contribution to Gun Owners Foundation before the end-of-year deadline TOMORROW at 11:59 P.M.

Gun Owners Foundation was busy in 2023…

With your support, we fought back against the repeated assaults on your Second Amendment rights and won!

✅ We prevented the ATF from revoking two gun stores’ licenses. (In addition, we’re currently suing the ATF over their “zero-tolerance” policy to stop them from putting thousands of firearm dealers out of business.)

✅ We won a preliminary injunction against the New Mexico governor’s attempt to use a “public health order” to BAN citizens from carrying firearms in the state's largest city.

✅ We secured a preliminary injunction against Oregon Ballot Measure 114, which imposed fingerprinting, registration and magazine bans.

✅ We defeated a large portion of New York’s unconstitutional ban on concealed carry in federal court (and we’re preparing to appeal the case all the way to the Supreme Court.)

That last case is particularly important…

If New York’s law stands, other anti-gun cities and states will quickly follow their lead by making nearly all public places off limits to concealed carry!

In addition, we have several ongoing lawsuits to defend your Second Amendment rights, including:

● A lawsuit against California for restricting the number of places where permit holders can carry a weapon.

● A lawsuit against Illinois over the state’s unconstitutional ban on so-called “assault weapons” and standard capacity magazines.

● A lawsuit against Tennessee over the state’s ban on carrying firearms in parks and recreation areas.

● A lawsuit against the Biden Administration over their tyrannical BAN on an estimated 40,000,000 firearms with attached stabilizing braces and the unconstitutional waiting periods they’re imposing on Americans between the ages of 18 and 21.

We’re going to be even busier in 2024, John.

As we continue our uncompromising defense of the Second Amendment, we’re counting on support from grassroots gun owners like YOU.

So please, make a tax-deductible contribution to Gun Owners Foundation before the end-of-year deadline TOMORROW at 11:59 P.M.
