Team,

As you know, extreme, anti-immigrant lawmakers and organizations continue to
attack immigrant youth, DACA recipients, and their loved ones.

In September, a federal judge once again ruled against DACA, leaving hundreds of
thousands of immigrant youth to grapple with continued uncertainty around their
futures. This ruling also underscores the urgency of Congress to act to protect
immigrant youth.

While we’re disappointed to see another year go by without Congress taking
meaningful action, and delivering the certainty DACA recipients desperately
need, we do not accept this as the end.

Our efforts to defend immigrant youth in this country remain steadfast — despite
unfavorable court rulings and politically motivated attacks. Why? Because we
believe in the inherent worth and potential of every individual, regardless of
where we were born.

Despite setbacks and challenges, we will keep fighting for immigrant youth just
as we have always done. Our collective work continues, just as it has many times
before in the face of setbacks. With each disappointment, we emerge stronger and
more determined.

Friend, as 2023 comes to a close, we are turning to you
for help as we have less than 48 hours to reach our critical year-end $500,000
matching gift challenge. That means your gift makes twice the impact right now.
