My client, Siaka Massaquoi, a black conservative actor, comedian and
Republican Vice Chairman in Los Angeles, was abruptly arrested last Thursday
while traveling home from an event hosted by the Daily Wire in Nashville,
Tennessee.
Siaka’s pregnant wife of 25 weeks was shocked as four menacing FBI agents and
airport police surrounded him and her and handcuffed him in an airport terminal.
His supposed crime? He's been charged with misdemeanors for stepping a few
feet into the Capital for two minutes to observe what was going on peacefully.
Siaka has a pre-trial hearing on Thursday to try to quash the criminal
charges. Later, the Gestapo of a Biden Justice Department will will try to move
the case to the absolutely corrupt federal court in the leftist capital of
corruption, the District of Columbia, where he stands LITTLE CHANCE! The entire
court there is corrupt to the core and simply rubber stamps what braindead
criminal Joe Biden and his disgrace of an attorney general, Merrick Garland,
tells them to do.

Let me tell you about Siaka. He's an L.A. County GOP Republican VIce Chairman,
an accomplished actor and comedian, and a columnist for RedState. He's a good
God-fearing man and a devout Christian with a child on the way with his
beautiful wife, Charlotte.
Almost three years ago, Siaka’s home was raided at 5 am by 20 armed FBI jack
booted agents outfitted with black tactical gear. Two children of Siaka’s
roommate, ages 3 and 7, looked on in horror as jack-booted government thugs
swarmed the home. He was prevented from speaking with a lawyer and they took,
without probable cause, his cell phone, computer and other property that allows
him to function and be employed as a Hollywood actor and comedian.
While Siaka wasn't arrested during the raid, he was placed on a secret
government terrorist watch list before even being charged with a crime. Each
time he flies with his wife, he gets the dreaded "SSSS" stamp on his ticket and
is patted down multiple times, including humiliating him by touching his
private parts, questioned, and escorted to the gate.
We know now that the Department of Homeland Security has been wasting the time
and resources of the U.S. Air Marshals in requiring them to fly along with any
peaceful protester who was in the Capitol area on January 6th. This is pure
harassment and intimidation, as the Biden regime fears Siaka as a spokesman and
activist as a conservative black. If one is black, you are a threat to the left
as the Democrats depend on black votes to fraudulently “win” elections. More
and more blacks are seeing the light and turning to President Trump, as you
know. The Biden Regime will not tolerate this!
In addition to being harassed each time he flew, Siaka was followed by creepy
air marshals on each flight.
What the Gestapo of a Biden Justice Department is putting these people through
is outrageous and criminal in and of itself.
After his arrest last week, Siaka was held overnight in a disgusting and
dangerous L.A. County prison. We fought to have him released on signature bond,
and so he could retain Siaka’s Second Amendment rights to bear arms for
self-defense so as not to have to surrender his firearms. We succeeded.
That also proves he is no risk to the community – but we already knew that.
In the DC Swamp, it will be a different story altogether.
If the Gestapo Biden Justice Department succeeds in moving Siaka’s case to
D.C., Siaka faces possible re- arrest and being held in the D.C. Gulag – a foul
and dangerous jail with the hygienic conditions of a back alley in India! J-6
inmates there had even petitioned to be sent to Guantanamo, Cuba, the terrorist
prison, where Al Quada terrorists are even treated better. Their request was
predictably denied.
Siaka is a GOOD MAN, and I will fight for him until the end . . . but we have
to do this together.
I've hired a co-counsel to assist in this critical case and have a team

they send him to D.C., the chances of being there for Charlotte and their child
