Here are a few things I believe, John:

The right to make your own health care decisions is fundamental. Public schools must be properly funded. Families should be able to feel safe in their neighborhoods. Politicians should serve their constituents, not big money donors. Our democracy is worth saving.

I know that you share these core beliefs. And I know you see the real threat that extremist Republicans pose to them.

I’m ready to use every power at my disposal to defend our rights and freedoms as your Governor, but we must win this race first. The national GOP views our race as their best opportunity to pick up a Governor’s Office and advance their radical agenda — that’s why they’re ready to pour money into this state to defeat me.

With just hours left until our end-of-year filing deadline, it’s never been more urgent than right now for my grassroots supporters to step up. I’m personally asking you to invest in our campaign before time runs out.
