Breaking: Trump Appointed Judge Upholds Illegal Mining Leases Next to Boundary Waters A Trump appointed judge just ruled to uphold the illegal sulfide-ore mineral leases next to the Boundary Waters. We sued in federal court along with 9 Northeastern Minnesota businesses to stop this project. This is a slap in the face to science, the rule of law, the Boundary Waters and the American people. We vow to continue the fight and will be appealing this misguided ruling.
