John, they said a young organizer wouldn’t stand a chance against the gun lobby and the NRA-bought Republicans in Congress.

And when I introduced my first bill in Congress to establish a federal office of gun violence prevention, Republicans thought they succeeded in blocking it.

But I never gave up, and neither did Democrats Win Seats. Now, the Biden Administration is taking action. Our collective power made this happen. This is proof that our youth-powered movement is unstoppable. And we’re just getting started.

So now, we celebrate this win in the fight to end gun violence. Tomorrow, we keep fighting. We keep organizing. We keep making noise.
