Washington Department of Natural Resources Forest Practices Rules Update

The Forest Practices Board adopted rules pertaining to the Marbled Murrelet at their November 8, 2023, meeting. These rules are effective January 1, 2024. Amended rules include Chapters 222-12, 222-16 and 222-10 WAC.
