[ [link removed] ]Kitsap Public Health District's 2023?Community Health Assessment [ [link removed] ] tells the story of our community?s health.?
Our team spent months collecting, organizing, and distilling data from dozens of sources to examine key trends and disparities (gaps) affecting the health of people in our county.
We worked with partners ? especially Kitsap Community Resources [ [link removed] ] and Virginia Mason Franciscan Health [ [link removed] ] ? to incorporate community voices gathered through surveys, focus groups, and other engagement opportunities.
These quantitative (statistical) and qualitative (community voice) elements are woven together to create a report that reflects both the overall health of our county and the individual experiences of community members.
Information gathered through the assessment will be used to identify key areas for improvement that organizations can work together to address. Visit our Kitsap Community Health Priorities page [ [link removed] ] to learn more.
