Friend,

This week, Nikki Haley was asked during a campaign stop what she thought caused the Civil War, and her answer was shocking. She refused to mention slavery.

What’s the connection to Wisconsin’s Tom Tiffany and Glenn Grothman?

Earlier this month, they both signed a letter advocating against removing a Confederate statue from Arlington National Cemetery. They both spoke up in favor of keeping this racist monument, even though the cemetery’s own website called it “a nostalgic, mythologized vision of the Confederacy, including highly sanitized depictions of slavery.”

WisDems is fighting for a diverse and equitable Wisconsin where the views of Americans from all backgrounds are included and considered – and that includes defeating Tiffany and Grothman in 2024. But if we’re going to have the resources to win, we need help from supporters like you to hit our end of year online fundraising goal.
