John, do you remember how it felt at the last march you went to? Was it warm? Cold? Were you chanting or carrying a sign? Were you with someone you love, or maybe fighting for them in their absence? Do you remember what it's like to feel a community of people around you? To feel strong, united, and ready to meet the moment to come? 

In 2024, we have to win for women. Losing means not just rolling back our rights, but it may well mean losing our democracy altogether.

Women's March team is regular people like you. Over half of our staff is based in Texas or Georgia, and our team is 90% women of color. Our team is small but mighty, we heavily depend on donors like us (we all give too!) to keep the work moving the right way. Our average donation is just under $11. 

2023 has been a hard year in all the ways, and that includes fundraising. Fundraising has been lower while costs have gone up. If you own a home or buy groceries for a family, you know this better than anyone. 

 

To get our fundraising on track so that we can keep organizing marches and training activists in battleground states, we need to raise $5,000 before the end of the month. Can you pitch in? 

 

We don't ask that you give money every day. But here are five other reasons to give today:

1. The end of year is coming in days, and it's important for Women's March to plan for the coming year in the next few weeks. We make big impact with small dollar donations. 

2. Women's March is building the biggest base of women on the left. Last year alone, we mobilized millions in more than 10k actions. 

3. Most of our donors also take action. People support what they help to create. 

4. Donations will help us combat misinformation and disinformation online, especially important for 2024! 

5. Your donation will help us organize to fight fascism all across the country.
