Earlier this week, Lucas announced our campaign’s final and most ambitious end-of-quarter fundraising goal of 2023 — 40,000 individual donations.
As of right now, we’re about 96% of the way there. But since it’s a weekend AND it’s a holiday, I’m getting worried that we could be cutting it dangerously close by the time our deadline on Sunday rolls around.
Lucas and our whole team will be doing everything we can over the next couple days to close out this quarter strong. But since everyone is probably about to log off for the next few days, I wanted to come directly to you to ask right now:
Will you please add a donation of absolutely any amount toward our end-of-quarter goal today? With multiple polls already showing this race in a statistical tie, your support in this critical moment could be what helps Lucas take the lead in 2024.
Every donation to our campaign is a signal of strength — and since we’re required to report every single donation we’ve received since October to the Federal Election Commission after our deadline, your support (no matter the amount) will help us prove that our movement is growing stronger and ready to win.
Meanwhile, Josh Hawley is relying on corporate mega-donors and DC insiders to prop up his campaign. In moments like these, he has plenty of elites to bail him out.
They’ve already spent millions between Super PACs and transfers to Hawley’s campaign over the last year, and we can certainly expect that they’ll spend even more once they see how much momentum we’re gaining. That’s why staying on track this quarter is so critical, and it’s why I’m asking:
