A strong fundraising quarter will keep this movement competitive, and show just how many people support calls for a ceasefire, student debt cancellation, and more.

Ayanna Pressley for Congress

I want to break down why our upcoming end-of-quarter fundraising deadline is so important, and why your first donation before our deadline would make a huge difference today.

Every three months, we report our fundraising results to the FEC. What makes this quarter’s fundraising so important is that outside groups like AIPAC have signaled that they’ll target our campaign next year — potentially recruiting a challenger. We’ve even seen polling in our district to test the strength of our campaign.

So a strong fundraising quarter is our chance to show that our grassroots, people-powered movement is strong, and we’re not going anywhere. It will also show just how many people support what this movement is fighting for — a ceasefire in Gaza, broad-based student debt cancellation, affordable housing for all, and more.

Your first donation of $25 — or any amount — will help us make it plain: the A-Team won’t be intimidated, and we won’t back down. Before the December 31 midnight deadline, can you please make your first donation so we can accomplish the strongest fundraising quarter possible?

If you've stored your info with ActBlue Express, we'll process your contribution instantly:

During the 2022 midterms, AIPAC was one of the largest outside spenders in Democratic primaries — spending more than $30 million — trying to unseat progressive incumbents by recruiting challengers and running expensive advertising campaigns. This past quarter, they pledged to spend more than $100 million to unseat each member of the Squad, with my name on their list of targets.

Listen, when you speak truth to power, power fights back. And I won’t let the fear of a challenger or outside spending keep me quiet. But needless to say, we need to demonstrate a surge of grassroots support to show that the state of this movement is strong. And we’re not going anywhere.

You know I don’t do call time with wealthy donors in exchange for a check, I don’t accept corporate money, and I don’t have a PAC that can drop millions of dollars at the drop of the hat. So in critical moments when we need to show fundraising strength — moments like right now — I’m really relying on your grassroots donations.

Your first contribution — no matter the amount — will send a powerful message about the strength of this movement. And you’ll help ensure I can keep fighting for justice in Congress. Will you please donate before our big end-of-quarter fundraising deadline on December 31st?

I’m so grateful for you and every member of the A-Team.

Yours in service,

Ayanna
