The House did not pass its version of the FY 2024 THUD bill yet but did agree to a Continuing Resolution until January 19. While the Senate version of the bill provides the overwhelming majority of funding for public transit and passenger rail, the House legislation as it stands severely decreases funding for public transit well below the authorized funding levels from the Bipartisan Infrastructure Law.
