Memorable Moments in 2023 That We Want to Share

Thank you for an unforgettable year of dedication and support. We couldn't have done it without you! Your hard work has made a significant impact on our mission, and we are grateful for your service. Our Shelter Aid program continued to support 14 migrant shelters in Tijuana. These shelters house anywhere from a dozen to 1600 migrants at once, and their residents include mew, women, children, and LGBTQI+ folks. This year we were able to bring back our Caravans of Love, and we were able to provide physical donations in-person to Tijuana shelters. When you donate to this program you help support migrant families by covering their rent, meals, utilities, and more. f you would like host a donation drive, drop off donations to our office, donate your services/talents (i.e. haircuts, blood pressure readings, yoga, etc.) or have any questions regarding out Caravan of Love please email us at admin@borderangels.org Donate Here We are so grateful to have SDGE visit us for the third year in a row as part of their SDGivE program. They participated in a Day Laborer Outreach where visited the Lemon Grove location and helped build and distribute 60 packages. There included lunch, water, work gloves, hats, hygiene kits. We remain committed to assisting the day laborer community and continue to be a resource for whatever they may need. While this includes sustenance and work necessities, we also provide moral support and hope to bring more visibility to this community. We are so appreciative of companies who take the time to learn the needs of their communities, and going above and beyond to participate in events like this.
