Before we ring in the New Year, I am reaching out one last time. Throughout December, I’ve shared stories of the children and families we’ve worked with: parents facing hurdle after hurdle to keep their children safe, healthy and learning. 

Thanks to generous partners and supporters, we’ve provided direct legal assistance to thousands of DC kids and families this year – advocating with parents like Ms. Bowen for healthier homes, ensuring a quality education for children like Ms. George’s sons and helping all families we work with access the supports they need to thrive. Plus, we’ve introduced new strategies and continued to advocate for city-wide changes that help tens of thousands of children and families each year.

But we won’t rest until every child has a strong foundation of family, health and education.
