[ [link removed] ]Matching Gift Challenge running low
Your support can go 2X as far for families in need

My
heart breaks for families across Israel, Gaza, Ukraine, and around the
globe facing the devastation of violent conflict and war. As a member of
our global community, your support can do so much in times of need like
these.

Today, I’m asking for your support to help provide life-changing
assistance for families who are facing war, poverty, natural disasters,
and other crises across the globe.

A group of generous donors has given $142,000 to our Matching Gift
Challenge Fund to encourage our community to match their gifts. [ [link removed] ]When
you make a matching gift today, together you will help our work go TWICE
as far for families in crisis.

In Gaza, families are struggling to stay safe, remain together, and keep
hope.

Amina (name withheld for safety) — a Mercy Corps team member — worries
about the emotional toll of the violence they are experiencing. She says
her young children know words she only learned about at university, words
like "ceasefire" and "bombings."

The family fled their home when the conflict broke out, trying to find
shelter in the south — but there is no safe place in Gaza left to go.

Each day, families stand in lines for 15-20 hours to get only a little bit
of food, clean water, cooking gas, or fuel.

Mercy Corps is advocating strongly for a ceasefire, an end to siege
tactics, and humanitarian access at the scale needed to meet the needs of
millions of people. We’re also working hard to establish supply lines for
essential, lifesaving items such as clean water, food, hygiene supplies,
and shelter materials.

Our ability to be there when emergencies strike — and help communities
rebuild long after the headlines fade — depends on our
supporters. [ [link removed] ]Please
make your year-end, tax-deductible matching gift by credit card, PayPal,
Google Pay, or Apple Pay now.

With your support, our teams around the world, and the communities we
serve, we can build a more vibrant future for us all.

With gratitude,

P.S. We know you’re hearing a lot from us these days. The reason is
simple: Every dollar we raise right now helps the people we work with
protect their families and improve their lives. If you’ve already made
your gift (thank you!) or would rather not get our year-end emails,
