It’s no secret that the changes we’re all making due to the coronavirus pandemic will require some major adjustments to the way we campaign.
John,
We all understand that our top priority must be to keep our families, friends and communities safe. But it’s no secret that the changes we’re all making due to the coronavirus pandemic will require some major adjustments to the way we campaign.
Up until this point, we’ve relied heavily on our volunteers to canvass neighborhoods, meet voters, and share our message. To ensure the safety of staff, volunteers, supporters, and voters, we’ll be implementing a digital-heavy organizing strategy immediately to keep them safe while we continue to make our case to voters.
It’s more important than ever for us to have the resources to build our online presence and give our volunteers the tools to advocate remotely. Please consider a contribution of any amount as we launch this strategy.
One thing we know is that our organization is the biggest advantage we have in this election. It’s critical for us to leverage that advantage while protecting our volunteers and voters.
Thanks so much for your support as we make these adjustments.
