Here are just a few of the cases we’re working on with your help.

Case #1: Regino v. Staley -- Parental Rights

John, you’ll remember that this is Aurora Regino’s case against the school district that facilitated a social “transition” of her daughter from a girl to a “boy” without Aurora’s knowledge or consent.

In fact, it took an elementary school guidance counselor just MINUTES to give an “assessment” and assign Aurora’s daughter a new name, new pronouns, and a whole new identity as a “boy” -- without so much as one phone call home to mom.

Our lawsuit is the key to wrestling control out of the over-reaching hands of the radical Left in schools...

...and giving it back to parents who clearly have a constitutional right to oversee their children’s upbringing.

It’s a battle we MUST win.

Or radical school bureaucrats will have more power over children than their own parents -- for generations to come.

Case #2 DePina v. Rollins – Radical Left D.A.s

John, President Trump isn’t the only one being dragged into court at the hands of radical District Attorneys on the Left.

Our case concerns leftist D.A.s who use their power to intimidate, bully, and silence everyday citizens.

Our client, Mr. DePina, had a brother who was murdered. The investigation to bring the killer to justice was mishandled.

After being consistently ignored by the leftist D.A. in charge of the case, Mr. DePina went to a public press conference where the D.A. was speaking and asked her tough questions from the crowd.

Three days later the leftist District Attorney filed a CRIMINAL COMPLAINT against Mr. DePina accusing him of attorney intimidation.

A charge that carries a sentence of up to 10 years!

If gross abuse of prosecutorial power like this makes your blood boil, I’m right there with you.

Leftist D.A.s like this must be held accountable or they will continue to abuse their power...

...and none of us will be free to speak our minds to public officials or in the public square.

That’s why our local counsel fought -- and won -- to get the charges dropped against Mr. DePina.

Now, to make sure this doesn’t happen to another American, we’re suing the leftist D.A. for malicious prosecution, abuse of process, violation of Free Speech, and reckless infliction of emotional distress.

John, we’re suing because we can’t just play defense against these tyrants.

We have to go on offense to stop them.

Case Update #3 O’Handley v. Weber: Government Censorship

This is our massive lawsuit against left-wing politicians conspiring with BIG TECH to shut down conservatives.

Long before Elon Musk took over Twitter, the social media platform censored and shut down the account of conservative Rogan O’Handley, claiming he had “violated rules about election integrity.”

If that wasn’t bad enough, we found out that employees who work for the California Secretary of State reached out to Twitter directly to get them to take down O’Handley’s tweets.

That’s right -- taxpayer-funded leftist government officials pressured a giant social media platform to censor conservative political speech!

We’ve taken this case all the way to the United States Supreme Court.

And as I write, we’re waiting for the highest court in the land to give word on the cert. petition we filed in this case.

We never would have gotten this far in this case, or any other, without you, John.

But to see our cases to victory we must keep fighting.

And we must keep taking on new cases whenever they arise to protect your freedom and constitutional rights.
