Georgia is becoming more important to protecting democracy by the day. Just last week Mark Meadows’ attempt to remove his election interference case to federal court failed.

Now Meadows may have to make nice with Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis, just like he’s reportedly making nice with Special Counsel Jack Smith, to avoid serious jail time. That means he’ll have every incentive to turn on Trump here in Georgia.

But John, we’re also protecting democracy by exercising it.

In order to do that in numbers large enough to make a difference, we need to overcome all the voter suppression tactics the GOP is throwing at us. That means educating voters about how and where to vote.

If we don’t start preparing and building up our resources now, we’re not going to be able to match the Republicans’ dark money machine. So John, I’m asking you to make a donation of any amount today toward Hank’s $8,000 end-of-year goal.
