John, it all happened so fast. In May 2020, my daughter Ella became a big sister. Just three weeks later, we found out she had cancer-stage 4 neuroblastoma, which is notoriously rare and difficult to treat.
I immediately started researching top hospitals in the country for neuroblastoma. It quickly became clear that Children's Hospital Los Angeles was where we needed to be. In the worst moment of our lives, Children's Hospital Los Angeles was there for us-and I want them to be there for the next family, too.

After five rounds of chemotherapy and treatment in a clinical trial, she is clear of the cancer that once threatened her life.
