HAPPY HOLIDAY SEASON!

I hope this email finds you enjoying your holiday break and spending time with your family and loved ones.

Outside of my legislative and law offices, I am spending as much time as possible with our boys before I head back into session on January 9th. Our state legislature, with all of its challenges and requisite focus and work, can become all-consuming, so each year I do my very best to take advantage of every moment with our boys over winter break.

BACK TO WORK

Brooks and Bert Mathews have generously offered to kick off our 2024 reelection campaign by hosting a fundraiser in their home on January 8th. We would love to see you there and continue to receive your generous support. To RSVP or join our growing list of hosts and sponsors, please email us (mailto:[email protected]?subject=I%20want%20to%20support%20TeamJRC%20in%202024) or donate here ([link removed]).

A HOLIDAY EVENT TO REMEMBER (AND REPEAT)

This year we started what I hope will become a holiday tradition for our team. On December 19th, we visited Paragon Mills Elementary School and provided each of the 600+ students an opportunity to choose a special gift for a family member or loved one. In addition to Principal Andy Lyons and the teachers who welcomed us into their amazing school with open arms, the event was made possible by Delano Brent and several other generous individuals who donated over 1000 pieces of jewelry and scarves. The smiles on the children's faces (and commentary) as they carefully picked out the perfect gift made the day one to remember. It was the pefect way to end what has otherwise been a very challenging year.

Paragon Mills students patiently wait on classmates with their gifts.

It was all smiles as Paragon Mills students carefully select their gifts.

JRC's mom, Millie Williams, volunteered and helped the students place their gifts in gift bags.

A day full of laughs and smiles with wonderful Paragon Mills students.

JRC proudly displays his new Paragon Mills Panthers hoodie.

THANK YOU!

Thank you for all you have done to make my service to Tennessee possible. Without you and your consistent words of encouragement and support, I would not have the opportunity to continue our fight for Tennessee families. You make everything possible, and I sincerely appreciate you.

Have a safe and happy new year. I hope to see you at the State Capitol in 2024! My office is always open to you.
