Refundable tax credit application for sellers of biodiesel is now available.
The revised Nebraska Biodiesel Tax Credit Act Application, Form BDTC-A, is now available. Nebraska retail dealers who sold and dispensed biodiesel, or biodiesel blended fuels, from their permanent or mobile retail sites during the 2023 calendar year may be eligible to receive refundable tax credits. Applications will be accepted from January through April 15th.
