Dear Friend,

As more LGBTQ people flee violent persecution to seek safety in the U.S., demand for our legal services keeps growing. Yet each year, because of supporters like you, our team responds to the urgent needs of refugees in more remarkable ways.

Because of you, we rose to the challenge in 2023. Will you make a gift in celebration of our collective wins this year?

Yes! I'll celebrate with a gift!

Together, we provided free lawyers to 700 LGBTQ and HIV-positive people to represent them in their asylum claims in the U.S.—and maintained a near-perfect case win rate.

Together, we worked with refugees outside of the U.S. from Iran, Iraq, Russia, and Uganda to help them find pathways to safety.

Together, we liberated dozens of queer people from U.S. detention centers and answered more than 1,200 calls per year from LGBTQ people wrongly detained.

With your support, we can make 2024 another year of wins for LGBTQ refugees. Please don't wait—donate today!

I'll make my year-end gift today!

In 2024, we will continue to build on our 30-year legacy as the nation’s leading LGBTQ immigrant rights organization. And with another election year upon us, we must combat the xenophobic and anti-LGBTQ threats to come.

But this is a fight we are ready to win. When policies did not exist to protect our community, we created them. And when LGBTQ and HIV-positive immigrants faced discrimination, we paved the way to justice in the courts and in Congress.

You are an important part of carrying this legacy forward. Thank you in advance for supporting this life-changing work.

I support Immigration Equality!
