With a slimming Republican majority, the House GOP is going to do anything
they can to flip every seat possible – which means even my seat becomes a
target. A member has been expelled, a handful are resigning, and 2024 becomes
more urgent with every moment.

We cannot allow the GOP to continue their hold on the majority, because we’ve
seen the disaster of their leadership firsthand. I and my Democratic colleagues
have had to remain strong and find solutions to our nation’s pressing issues
while the House Republicans have only continued to fight and hold the American
people hostage.

This madness must end. Which is why I am reaching out to you. You have the
power to protect our democracy and restore a Democratic majority. If we can
protect my seat, and help other Democrats out along the way, we can secure a
Congress that will work for the people.
