Team, Kirsten has spent 2023 taking on the toughest fights in Washington:

* She continued her decade-long fight to pass paid family leave. Today, support for paid family leave is higher than ever — even in battleground states, 85% of voters support it.
* She announced a novel strategy to finally certify the Equal Rights Amendment after more than 100 years, which would create a constitutional basis to restore reproductive rights.
* She released her Strategic Plan on Aging to help seniors retire with dignity, remain financially secure and age in the comfort of their own homes.
* And she fought tirelessly to secure a pay increase for service members, investments to clean up toxic PFAS contamination and funding for hundreds of spots in her new cyber service academy. 


Now, 2024 is just around the corner, and Kirsten needs your help: New York Republicans are coming off of a huge red wave in 2022 and they're directly targeting Kirsten's seat. If she doesn't hit her $100,000 end-of-quarter goal, she won't have the resources to defend her must-win seat in 2024.
