John, my election is 70 days away, but that's not the only date that matters…

18 days from now is when absentee-by-mail voting begins.

43 days from now is the voter registration deadline.

And 49 days from now is the first day of early in-person voting in Durham County.

So my election might be 68 days away… but the first votes will be cast in less than three weeks, John. And those are votes I need to earn. We can’t take our foot off the gas if we want to win.

I know we can do this – today, in three weeks, and on Election Day. But it depends on you standing with me, and chipping in to fuel our voter contact efforts ‘round the clock.
