John, have you heard of the FEC deadline?

If you haven’t heard of an FEC deadline, here's the rundown: It's a public reporting deadline where campaigns like ours are required to submit every fundraising receipt. From cash-on-hand to total amount spent – every dollar that comes through our campaign will be made public.

One of the ways my opponent, Nancy Mace, will gauge the strength of our campaign is by how much we've raised. And believe me, every dollar makes a difference in a battleground district like ours.

Nancy and her big-dollar donors are prepared to spend however much is necessary to keep this seat. Republicans only have a razor-thin majority in the House (only three people as of writing!) and our race could easily be the one to put Democrats back in power.

Campaigns like ours matter that much, John – which is why we can't spare a single effort ahead of our final FEC deadline of the year.
