You won’t see us mention numbers this large very often, John. But as Congressman Bishop mentioned yesterday, our online grassroots fundraising is falling short of our $60,000 goal for 2023.

The reason we don't usually throw around numbers like $60,000 is that we work hard to keep our fundraising on track all throughout the year. We know the end-of-month and mid-month deadlines can seem like a lot at times, but we use them to set milestones and help keep our yearly progress where it needs to be. That way we don’t need to mention the big annual numbers.
Unfortunately, this December we’re still behind on our goal for the year.
The good news is: Even though we’re still falling significantly short, we have raised the majority of our $60,000 goal this year, thanks to generous supporters who want to protect democracy and support Congressman Bishop’s work on behalf of Middle and Southwest Georgians.
But our team sets specific goals for a reason. A “majority of $60,000” isn’t enough to ensure we can drown out the noise and defeat the dark money that will flow into the district in this election.
So please, John — will you make a contribution of any amount toward our end-of-year fundraising goal?
