Your gift DOUBLED to ensure workers are treated with DIGNITY.

John,
The National Human Trafficking Hotline identifies over 1,000 situations of labor trafficking a year in the United States in industries like agriculture, construction, restaurants, and many more. But we know there are more victims who aren’t able to contact the Hotline for help.
You may be thinking, “Why wouldn’t someone reach out if they’re not being treated well?”
Many of these victims migrated to work in the U.S. on H-2A and H-2B visas, which require them to remain employed by their sponsor. Exploitative employers take advantage of this, often threatening deportation to keep workers silent.

Changing this system is a long-term effort. In the meantime, the federal government has added protections for migrant workers who speak up. But not everyone knows about these new rights.
Will you help us empower workers?

This is what Polaris’s worker rights team does every day. Using tools like Nonechka

, a mobile app that helps H-2A workers understand their rights and gives them a place to confidentially share what they are experiencing at work, our team strives to make sure everyone has a safe working environment.
Your gift will ensure that workers are treated with dignity.
