Half a million of us went on STRIKE this year. Whether we’re actors, autoworkers, writers, or baristas, our demands are the same: dignity, respect, and a voice in our workplaces. Our organizing paid off – across industries, workers won huge victories in everything from wages to safer workplaces. We have momentum going into 2024. We’ll keep organizing and winning against corporate greed. We’ll flex our power at the ballot box and elect pro-worker politicians up and down the ballot in November. Anti-worker CEOs and the politicians they buy can either get on board or get out of the way.
