This isn't the news we wanted to share with you today. But this has serious implications for our ability to continue supporting Democratic candidates so we hope you'll keep reading.

It’s no secret that this quarter has been difficult for political fundraising — the holidays are typically difficult. But we need to be transparent with you:

In October, our average online donation was $20.72. In November, our average online donation dropped to $16.99. And this month, our average donation has dipped to $14.27.

While that may not seem like a big deal, for a grassroots-funded organization like ours, this downward trend has had a big impact on our ability to meet our fundraising goals.

So before our FEC fundraising deadline on the 31st, we have two options:

1. Generate a very large number of donations to help us close the gap
2. Ask people to give a larger donation than they have in the past

How about it?

Can you please make a contribution of $10 to the Long Run PAC to stand with Mandela Barnes before our final FEC deadline of 2023? We wouldn't ask if your support wasn't crucial to electing change-making candidates nationwide.
