Earlier this evening Lauren Boebert issued a statement that she is leaving CO’s 3rd Congressional district and is now running in Colorado's 4th Congressional District (South Denver suburbs/Eastern Plains).
My name is Ike McCorkle and I am the retired Marine Corps Force Recon Officer, Purple Heart recipient, and Democrat running in Colorado’s 4th Congressional district for the past two cycles.
In our 2020 run we received more votes than any Democrat since the district was gerrymandered in 2010, we have two election cycles of name recognition in the district, and have received over 22,000 grassroots contributions, the most ever received by a CD-4 candidate, Democrat or Republican.
Since 2020 this campaign has been laying the groundwork to take back CO-04 and we are now poised to take back Colorado's 4th and rid Colorado of national disgrace Lauren Boebert once and for all.
Lauren Boebert is beyond vulnerable which is why she ditched her district but tens of millions of dollars of GOP dark money will begin flooding into our district tomorrow AM and we need to start competing with her TONIGHT.
