John, having young diverse voices in politics is critical – not just for representation, but to meaningfully inform how we build policy and impact real lives.

But for every person brave enough to challenge the status quo and run, there’s some shady special interest, determined to silence them.

That’s why the young, diverse people who take the risk to run for office need our support. We want to tell you about some of the real people we’ve been able to back with your support, but first, can you chip in $27 now, to keep funding the historic campaigns of 2024’s rising stars? >> ([link removed])

So what kind of people’s futures are at stake in this fight?

People like Nida Allam, the founder of BFP and Chair of the Durham County Commissioners. Driven into activism after three of her friends were killed in a hate crime, Nida broke barriers as the first Muslim woman elected to any office in North Carolina.

Far-right extremists and special interests have spent millions of dollars trying to silence Nida, but her resolve is stronger than ever.

People like Anderson Clayton, the youngest Chair of NC Democrats in history. At just 25 years old, this passionate rural organizer smashed her first ceiling when she was elected as the youngest state Democratic Party chair in the country.

Now, Anderson is organizing across North Carolina to defeat the GOP in 2024 by putting real investment into engaging rural voters, youth voters, and voters of color.

And people like Ricky Hurtado, former NC State Representative. Ricky is a son of working class immigrants from El Salvador, who is using his platform to help first-generation college students and immigrant families break down barriers.

In the North Carolina House, Ricky was a fierce voice for progress – until he was pushed out in a nail-biter election by far-right misinformation and manipulation.

Nida, Anderson, and Ricky are just three examples of amazing leaders who need our support to continue their fight for a brighter future. But they can’t succeed without our support, which is why Brighter Future PAC is counting on grassroots supporters like you to chip in to fuel our movement.
