John, the attacks on women's health keep coming…
Last year, the Supreme Court overturned Roe v. Wade, ending 50 years of precedent and making abortion illegal for millions across the nation.
Then, state by state, legislatures enacted extreme anti-abortion legislation, including in Texas where its archaic law recently denied an abortion for a woman with a terminal pregnancy diagnosis–forcing her to flee the state for health care.
The GOP’s next move is to enact an abortion ban at the national level. In fact, Speaker Mike Johnson likened the procedure to “an American Holocaust.” And that was just last year.
Nearly two-thirds of Americans support the right to choose. But Republicans in Congress are hell-bent on turning back the clock for reproductive rights.
