Corrected hearing date for PPO/EPO rule proposal: January 10, 2024

The Texas Department of Insurance (TDI) is correcting the hearing date in the rule proposal published in the December 8, 2023, issue of the "Texas Register", for the rules applicable to preferred and exclusive provider health benefit plans. The correction is expected to be published in the January 5, 2024, issue and will reflect the correct hearing date of January 10, 2024, at 2:30 p.m. Central time.
