John, my name is Miss Denise and I am a professional nanny and a proud member and worker leader at NDWA’s We Dream in Black (WeDiB) chapter in New York.

I’ve been across the country knocking on doors and have seen firsthand how they’re silencing Black voices at the ballot box.

So many Black voters told me they didn't know where to vote or if they were even registered and they didn’t feel like their vote mattered.

But our presence on the ground has made a real impact — WeDiB members like me have helped educate and empower THOUSANDS of voters since 2016. As we approach another crucial election year, we need your support, now more than ever, to continue this fight and ensure Black voices are heard and Black votes are counted.

That's why NDWA's We Dream in Black (WeDiB) is investing in growing Black power in key states through its programs...and we need your support. Can you chip in $20 to help us build Black domestic worker power at this crucial time?

As an immigrant and domestic worker, I've experienced firsthand the exploitation that is baked into our federal law, which makes abusive workplaces far too common. But through WeDiB, I found a supportive community that is passionately fighting for improved working standards, benefits, rights and justice.

WeDiB uplifts and supports the voices, experiences, and leadership of Black women by:
