Sorry to bug you so soon after the holiday, but this is important, folks:

Our final FEC deadline of the year is on December 31st, and we’re not where we need to be to hit our fundraising goal for the quarter.

Once the clock strikes midnight (and we enter the New Year!), we’ll close the books on our fundraising for the year and submit a report to the Federal Election Commission detailing how much we’ve raised and how many folks have pitched in over the last three months.

Shortly after we submit our fundraising report to the FEC, our numbers will be made public for everyone to see — we won’t get any do-overs or second chances.

Everyone from Mitch McConnell to my Republican opponents and right-wing megadonors will pore through our numbers looking for vulnerabilities in our campaign — and I want them to know I have a big grassroots team by my side. That’s why I’m asking:
