Recent surveys show the economy, homelessness and housing, crime, climate change, and debt are the top issues for voters in advance of the 2024 elections. On each of these issues, Sacramento and Washington are failing those they aim to help the most, particularly the vulnerable and the working class.

The 6th Annual PRI “California Ideas in Action” conference will explore in depth these “5 Issues for 2024.” PRI scholars, elected officials, media voices, and real life changemakers will show how market-based ideas offer actionable solutions to these 5 key problems for California and the nation, and provide a realistic path forward compared to the failed status quo.
