Dear Friends of Challenge Success,

We are deeply grateful for all of the financial support we have received from our community so far during our Annual Fund campaign. With only a few days left in 2023, we are very close to reaching our $300,000 goal!

As you think about the many organizations you might support at this time of year, we humbly ask that you consider making a gift today ([link removed]) to Challenge Success.
* Every time you make a gift — no matter the size — you help move us toward a future where all kids are healthier, happier, and more excited about their learning.
* Every time you send a donation, you also send the message that there are many paths to success and that you value students for their unique identities and assets.
* Every time you contribute, you remind us that there are advocates for this movement all across the country and beyond.

Thank you for prioritizing student well-being, engagement, and belonging in your philanthropy this year!

Sincerely,

The Challenge Success Team

We are grateful to have hundreds of donors at many different giving levels. Here are just a few examples of how far each dollar goes:
* $27,500: Cost for a school to join our full program for a year, including conferences, individualized coaching, workshops, and surveys.
* $10,000: Cost to translate our research findings on a particular topic into actionable strategies and share our learning more broadly.
* $4,200: Cost to survey a school community of students, families, or faculty/staff to diagnose school-specific rates and causes of stress, worry, lack of belonging, and disengagement.
* $2,800: Cost of a professional development or parent education workshop for a school community.

You’re invited to join us for our annual fundraiser luncheon to hear from renowned psychologist and author, Lisa Damour, Ph.D., who will share highlights from her new book, The Emotional Lives of Teenagers. Lisa’s latest New York Times best seller is an urgently needed guide to help adults understand teenagers’ intense and often fraught emotional lives—and how to support them through this critical developmental stage.
