Here’s another, very recent example of why we need a Constitutional Amendment on guns.

As you know, California has some of the strongest gun laws in the country, and some of the lowest firearm death rates to match.

Our gun laws work.

But we have to consistently fight back against far-right judges overturning common sense gun laws.

They've overturned our assault weapons ban, our high-capacity magazine ban and legislation to stop gun manufacturers from marketing weapons of war to our kids.

Last week, a right-wing judge stopped a law that would have banned firearms in hospitals, libraries and children's playgrounds.

Wake up.

Any gun safety law will continue to be attacked by NRA-owned federal judges until we pass a Constitutional amendment to make our communities safer from gun violence.
