I'm reaching out this morning because just 4 days from now, we're facing an official FEC fundraising deadline, and I need to ask if you can make a $3 contribution to our campaign before it ends.

When we file our public report, everyone — the media, the right-wing super PACs, and our establishment opponents — will all go through our books. They'll want to see how much money we've raised and how many donations we've received, and we'll tell them.

But your contribution today is so much more important than just showing off strong numbers or keeping up appearances.

That's because we need to build the kind of campaign that can win — and the truth is that what we raise here in the final week of the year is incredibly important to our chances in the fight.

This race is going to require a lot of resources. AIPAC alone has committed to spending over $100 million interfering in Democratic primaries next year. And the right-wing and their super PACs would love nothing more than to try and defeat us.

When this deadline passes, we have some critical spending decisions to make for the year ahead. Your support today will help make those decisions a lot easier.
