As we enter the third week of our end of year campaign, we are excited to share with you a remarkable initiative that aims to sustain and empower women in ministry leadership. Our mission has always been to champion the incredible work of women in ministry, and this year, we have expanded our resources to introduce a groundbreaking cohort designed to provide ongoing support and development for women leaders like never before.

Introducing: The Sustaining Women in Ministry Cohort

This vital cohort has been shaping the lives of 10 women in ministry from diverse backgrounds since September. They are part of more than just a program; they are a community of passionate, dedicated women committed to making a lasting impact in their respective ministries. This pilot cohort has offered mentorship, skill-building sessions, and a supportive network, so that participants gain invaluable tools to thrive in their leadership roles. We firmly believe in the beauty of God’s design for flourishing when women and men work together in mutual leadership in the church. To ensure accessibility for women from all contexts, we are keeping the participation fees as low as possible for our next cohort in 2024.
