Merry Christmas and happy new year growing nottingham
As we approach the end of another year, we find ourselves reflecting on the positive journey we've shared together. It's with immense gratitude and joy that we extend our heartfelt thanks to each one of you for being an integral part of our community.
At the beginning of this year, we embarked on a journey with the launch of the UKSPF (UK Shared Prosperity Fund) project and an interactive showcase event attended by many of our partners and businesses.
The UKSPF project has proven to be a resounding success. We were able to build on our experience from ERDF and ESF programmes and our collaborative efforts with partners have played a pivotal role in shaping the project's impact. The collective dedication and hard work of our community, alongside the support of our partners, have allowed the UKSPF project to grow and continue to flourish.
As we look forward to the coming year, we do so with a deep sense of optimism and a renewed commitment to building a future of business support and sustainability together.
Thank you for being a part of this journey and for your continued support.
We are excited to continue working together to meet local, regional and national needs.

The Business of Sleep & Impact on SME Performance
The Business of Sleep & Impact on SME Performance
What affect does wellbeing and sleep deprivation have on business leadership performance and team productivity?
Lost sleep is estimated to cost the UK a huge ?30 billion per year!
There are many reasons why you might get less sleep than the recommended 7 - 9 hours a night.?? Work-related stress, checking work emails late at night, anti-social working hours, illness and injury, getting older, money worries and personal loss are just a few of the issues that can keep us awake at night.
Sleep is essential for maintaining cognitive skills such as communicating well, being creative and flexible thought. Lack of sleep can cause poor memory, poor concentration and low mood and greater risk taking. There is also a strong relationship between sleep and physical and mental health and not getting enough sleep has a profound impact on our ability to function.
