Bryan Johnson has added another expensive treatment to the routine he hopes will turn back his biological clock.

The 46-year-old tech millionaire has said he spends about $2 million a year on his efforts to live longer and reverse his so-called biological age. He calls the program Project Blueprint — and it's now led him to a remote Caribbean island for injectable gene therapy.

Johnson had his first round of follistatin therapy offered by biotech startup Minicircle in September, he said on Instagram.

When my husband and I realized our marriage was over a few years ago, we were wracked with guilt over how it would affect our two girls. They are the light of our lives. We may have already been a family before we had them, but they are the reason we will always be a family, even if we're no longer a couple. As soon as we started discussing how to separate, we agreed that all our choices should minimize any disruption to them.

By the ages of seven and nine, our girls had already moved countries three and four times, respectively. Transitions were relatively easy when they were little, but our last move from Malaysia to Mexico took a much harder toll on them as they approached tweendom. We promised them we would stay in one place until they both graduated from high school. Moving my mother from the US to a small house near us in Mexico solidified that promise.

When it came to divorce, the issues to untangle felt interminable: custody, money, work, housing, schools, and visas. The last 13 years of my life have been focused on caring for and educating our girls as I put my career on pause years ago to embrace the role of supportive spouse and homeschooling mom. Luckily, both the girls expressed a desire to integrate into regular schools. Their dad had worked tirelessly and didn't want to lose a close connection to his girls, so when it came to custody, we agreed to a 50-50 split.

US debt will become unsustainable and trigger default in about 20 years, if it stays on current path - Markets Insider

The US has roughly 20 years to change course on the size of its debt, or else a default of some form will be unavoidable, a Penn Wharton Budget Model determined in October.

Analysts looked at the $26.3 trillion of US debt held by the public, which excludes money the federal government owes itself in the overall outstanding debt total of $33 trillion.

"Under current policy, the United States has about 20 years for corrective action after which no amount of future tax increases or spending cuts could avoid the government defaulting on its debt whether explicitly or implicitly (i.e., debt monetization producing significant inflation)," the report said. "Unlike technical defaults where payments are merely delayed, this default would be much larger and would reverberate across the US and world economies."

Berkshire Hathaway's billionaire boss praised Rose "Mrs B" Blumkin after he bought 90% of her company, Nebraska Furniture Mart, for about $55 million in 1983.

''Put her up against the top graduates of the top business schools or chief executives of the Fortune 500 and, assuming an even start with the same resources, she'd run rings around them,'' Buffett said in 1984, according to the New York Times.
