Notice is hereby given that the State of Wyoming, Department of Environmental Quality has issued a certificate of substantial completion to Earth Work Solutions (WY), for the work performed for the Guernsey Landfill Remediation - Cap and Closure Project, Bid# 23-0233, at the Guernsey Landfill in Platte County, Wyoming. The Department has accepted the work as substantially complete according to the contract and associated documents and therefore the contractor is entitled to payment of the full amount due under the contract, which will occur on February 5, 2024.
